Unlike other buildings materials such as concrete, PVC and plastic, our oak porches require little to no maintenance and will not become damaged through wear-and-tear. Oak has the ability to merge and shape itself to its surroundings. You may notice a slight change in the wood colour as the seasons pass, but this is merely cosmetic and you can apply creosote or paints to maintain its original colour (if you prefer).
