We also use machines during the manufacturing process which allow for precision accuracy when cutting each part of a kit’s frame. This rules out human error in production, and ensures that each kit is perfectly made every time.

Thorough Timber Grading: Each piece of timber we receive will be thoroughly graded and checked in our very own workshops by our team of fully trained and qualified carpenters and timber graders. If any of the pieces are found to have flaws, warps or other weaknesses that could affect a kit’s structural integrity, it will be responsibly recycled.

We Have Q-Mark Equivalency: Each of our porch designs are crafted to the standards set out by Exova BM TRADA. This means that each kit we make has been produced to industry standard and couldn’t be of higher quality.
